ABOUT LEGACY
Legacy is a curated global community for next-generation leaders from prominent family businesses and family offices.
Founded by a next-generation family principal, Legacy is built on a deep understanding of what it takes to create something truly extraordinary – a space where trust, ambition, and shared experience converge.
Its participants, aged 30 to 49, represent the next generation of stewards shaping the future of enterprise, wealth, and purpose.
FOUNDER
Jan Olszewski was part of the owning family of Solaris Bus & Coach, one of the leading players in the bus industry, which was sold in 2018. At Solaris, he served as Head of Business Development and, in 2011, was recognized by Forbes Magazine, placing second in its Chief Innovation Officer contest for the development and introduction of an IT system.
From 2012 to 2019, he served on the advisory board of El-Cab a leading automotive supplier. He currently runs his family office and invests across various asset classes.
As a member of the next generation himself, Jan has participated in some of the most exclusive NextGen programmes organized by leading global wealth managers and has spoken at numerous family business and family office events.
Jan lives with his family at Lake Zurich
